The qualified candidate must possess:  Current RI Nursing Home Administrators License  Excellent operations and management leadership skills  An in-depth knowledge of the regulatory process, financial and budgetary controls, staff development, culture change and census management.  Proven communication skills  Minimum 3 years relevant experience Excellent benefit package includes: medical, dental, life, 401(k) with a 75% match, medical and dependent care reimbursement plans, vacation & sick.
