EPOCH Senior Living on Blackstone Boulevard is seeking a Resident Services Director for the 93 Apartment Assisted Living Facility in Providence, RI. Our facility is located in the beautiful and historic East Side. The Resident Services Director oversees daily operations of the ALF including: staff supervision, business development, quality initiatives, and financial management and occupancy benchmarks. The Resident Service Director is responsible for ensuring that all marketing initiatives are effective and promotes community awareness about programs offered in our community at EPOCH. Additionally, the Resident Service Director interacts with families and develops resident relations, works with various departments within the facility, strong working relationship with the marketing department, assists residents with the move in process, hires and supervises staff in the Assisted Living Facility. We offer Respite Services, Wellness Programs, Bridges Memory Care programs and many other amenities and services. Strong leadership and communication skills required. We support a warm and friendly atmosphere and are committed to providing our residents with support to lead an independent and enriched lifestyle. The Resident Services Director position requires a minimum of 2 years experience working within Assisted Living Communities in a supervisory capacity. A Bachelors degree is required but RI Licensure is not required. This position reports to the Campus Senior Administrator.
